Become part of the board!
We have vacancies on our board of directors and would love to have other science educators join us! Please consider running for one of the following positions that are currently vacant on the PSTA Board of Directors:
- Vice President
- Region 1 Representative - composed of IU's 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26
- Region 4 Representative - composed of IU's 9, 16 and 17
- State At-large Representative
- Western College Representative (open to college and university faculty only) - composed of Regions 7 and 8
**You must either live or work in the region of which you are applying. See map of IUs if you are not sure. For more information about the responsibilities associated with each position, please see this informational document. All are 3-year appointments except for Vice President, which is a 4-year commitment (executive position track).

When you respond, please include the following so your bio can be added to the ballot:
- indicate the position that you are interested in
- your school/institution affiliation
- your school's county, your county of residence
- a short bio about your qualifications
- that you are a PSTA member in good standing
Nominations must be submitted by November 7, 2026.
